With this unhealthy behaviors are developed such as, spending too much time in the gym or attempting do what every it takes(whether healthy or not) to reach a physique goal that will never satisfy them.

Bodybuilding and working out has many benefits to health. But just like with anything else in life, too much of anything may bring negative side effects. When done properly bodybuilding can be beneficial to your health, and boost your confidence. When abused, it can be deadly.
